They claim it's Pioneer OEM but again...it's a "supermediastore" claim....which doesn't mean much.
Anyone used these yet?
It doesn't say pioneer OEM on the link above but it does here if you scroll down the page.

I don't trust them.
I would much rather spend a few dollars more on a store I can trust then chance loosing everything from a store that has had a history.

I just bought a pack of these from esbuy.com. ADVDinfo says its leaddata 01. Still only burned at 2x in my sony, just like ritek g04. I'd rank about the same.

I've got some of these Piodata discs. They're decent for things like movies, but i don't think i'd ever put data on them.
In my Sony DRU500A (2.0f) they do burn at 4x and in the Pioneer A05 (1.33) they burn at 4x.
When I scanned them with Nero CD Speed's Scandisk, there are no errors when I burn with Nero 5.5.10.42 on the Sony, but when using DVD Decrypter, i get errors near the end. Either application works fine for the A05.
The KProbe's come back okay as well, if i can find the images i saved, i'll post them later today.
Bottom Line: They're actually decent discs. I was skeptical at first too, but i'm now convined.

the product is made by Lead Data and you could call up pioneer who will told you the real truth, again, they are just lying you for more money on some product are not really what they are!! anyway, you could give it a try, but you are just going to end up returning the product back to them and asking for refund.

I got a 25-pack of these Piodata 4x from AVLogic, and so far so good. In my Sony DW-U10A (Fw 1.1d), the Piodata does burn at 4x, but it does not save me a lot of time. I guess my HD need to be defragmented. Since I just got these Piodata, I don't know how reliable they are 6 months from now (i.e. some cheap DVD work well the first week after burning and degrade rapidly after only 3-4 weeks). To me contents are important. I don't want to save a quarter, and found out the 4GB+ of data is useless 6 months from now. Especially when we have to realized that we do spent hours (even days) to created or accumulate that 4GB+ of contents.
