edit mpeg2source-command in avs-script before conversion

Hi,

I wan't to use the idct-command with NIC's new MPEG2dec3.dll (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=53164&perpage=20&pagenumber=1) in D2S without editing the avs-script in a subsequent step ( mpeg2source("enc_me.d2v", idct=7).
Is there any possibility to modify the DVD2SVCD.ini or autofitcd.ini (as I am using AutoFitCD) to do this before conversation starts ?

Not the newest news but MADplay 0.15.0b (http://www.underbit.com/products/mad/) is available.

couldn't find any help with a search for edit,avs,script,mpeg2dec3 and mpeg2sorurce (didn't want to invest too much time with searching).
