matrix reloaded

My friend just copy folder video_ts of matrix reloaded and it play on his computer.I burned it on blank disc with nero udf/iso 9660 and it won't play on his panasonic player and even on his computer.I ring it to my home and it play on my computer.Then I decrypt it on my hard.My question is if I burn it on new disc with nero,will it play on standalone?

First, I would be very interested to know where you can get a legal copy of Matrix Reloaded. Also, even if this were a legal copy (it's not even listed at amazon), you're doing a lot of copying there, too much for it to be legal and in accordance with forum policy and our no warez policy we cannot help in such an endeavour.
