I am having a small problem with encidng a couple of movies.
I have got 2 movies sitting on my hard drive (ripped with Robot4Rip) and I have about 3gigs free HD space. Now for some reason when I go to encode one of the movies I says the projected file size is 73gig! Within a few minutes the HD fills up and the movie can no longer encode. What have I done wrong to make it have such a huge file size. I specified the size to be about 900meg so I don't know what the problem is. I have encoded heaps of movies before but never ecountered this problem. I never really paid much attention to the file size of the first pass but I never had more than 5 or so gigs free when encoding other movies. Can anyone think of an option wrongly configured in Gordian Knot or a solution to fix this?
Thanks for your help.

Nevermind. I solved the problem, I think it was enconding them as uncompressed AVI becuase I think somehow DivX got deleted from the computer (very strange). Anyway, upon reistalling DivX the problem was solved.
