STMedianFilter v 0.1.1 (YV12 bug fix)

I just posted a new version of STMedianFilter.dll. It contains no new features but fixes a bug affecting YV12 users only. See:

I think this probably concludes my recent frenzy of patches and updates to my filters.

I was just tired. Actually I'm not even done with this round. There's still an unreleased version of UnFilter I'd forgotten about and maybe some more TomsMoComp changes.
