I've been trying to encode an ac3 to 48kbps mp2 using BeSweet. However, even though I am telling it 48 - i.e., -toolame(-m j -b 48) - it keeps creating a 128 kbps file. Even the log file says it is doing 128. Is there a lower bound on mp2 bitrates? Or is something wrong?

UPDATE: Actually EVERYTHING is coming out as 128kbps for mp2 files. No matter if I give it something higher or lower than that! The log file looks fine except it's got the wrong bitrate! Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry to bother everyone with this - updating from 1.4 to the latest beta fixed the problem.
