Bitrate Problem in Scenarist

I followed the dvd backup guide with CCE and tried to import my video files and it says my bitrate is too high (9801600) instead of 9800000.

I didn't see anywhere in the guide to change that. What do I do?

make sure the DVD compliant is NOT checked or use DoCCE4U
