I am experiencing audio sync problems when playing DVDs on my Kiss DP-450. The delay between the audio and video is not constant, but fluctuates between almost nothing and a second. This problem doesn't occur when playing Mpeg4 movies.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

Yes it is very easy to solve this problem, your video stream is probably encoded in VBR mp3 audio. Just encode next time in CBR at 128kbit and the audio will be in sync every time. If you already have the file encoded you can just rip the audio, re-encode it and mux it back to the stream, takes very little time.

My problem is not with AVI movies, but with DVDs. When I play DivX/XviD rips, the video and audio are in sync. Only when I play DVDs my audio is not synched.

Oh sorry didnt even read your post properly, ok.

Make sure you did a full update when you upgrade to the latest firmware 2.6.6
Many people had problems with only doing a partial update of the firmware.

This problem occured with previous firmwares as well.
