Will Primo Prassi Shrink DVD 9.4 2 layer to 4.7 1layer dvd-r?

I have heard it will, but don't know how to.
Does anyone know what to do please.

No it wont. Not sure who told you that but they are wrong.

No, I think whoever told you that was on some serious drugs!! Prassi is just a burning app, it will burn discs from images or files, but it isn't going to transcode/recompress/rebuild a DVD9 into a DVD5 (or 4.3gb).

Maybe they were thinking of InstantCopy?
