I'm sorry to ask such a question, but this has been bugging me for awhile now.
When I do a preview in DVD2AVI,(1.76) I can get several differing speeds in fps.
Most of the time, I get 75fps. This uses about 50% of my cpu time.
Every once in awhile, my cpu will actually max out, and I get 120-150fps, depending on complexity of the stream.
My question is, why does it vary like this? Normally, I wouldn't care, but it DOES affect the times it takes to make project files.
Anyone have any insight?
