stable version of graphedit

I´m using graphedit on WinXP pro
but it keep crashing quite often
can anyone tell me what verison is the most stable one and where to get it?

I very much doubt its graphedit crashing but instead the filters it trys to negotiate with. However the latest version can always be found in the latest DirectX SDK (a big download though :( )
