Question about IC7 updates

We have had now 3 updates for IC7 - what I would like to know is - does say for example the latest update (3) incoporate updates 1 & 2 inside it or do we need to install each update to gain the benefits?

it just seemed weird that if update 3 had updates 1 & 2 inside it then it should be around the 40MB mark, but each update is only 13MB.

I had to re-install windows and wanted to know the quickest and easiest route.

update 2 and 3 are cumulative. In other words, say you install IC7 fresh then just install update 3 and your all set.
