Setting up tracks in vobid title

I'm trying to setup the tracks for a vobid movie following the insomnia guide. I'm confused about setting up the tracks and correcting the audio placements after authoring.
My movie:

Video: MPEG-2 720x480 (NTSC) (NTSC 525/60) (16:9) (letterboxed)

Questions?
1) Are my tracks setup correctly?
2) After authoring I will have to ifoedit only PGC (movie PGCs) 1 and 3 to change the audio steam number 2 from 33024 to 33280? To correct for the leaving out the dummy file?
3) Do I leave pgc 2,4,5,6 alone as I put the audio in their correct position with dummy audios?

after discussing with trilight I changed the tracks to
vobid-audio1-audio2-audio3
1-x80-x82
2-x80-x82
3-x80-x82
4to62-x80-x82
63-dummy-dummy-x83

after setting up the scenario from the ifo, I try to author the vts and get the error
"The VOB duration must be even number of fields." for vobid 4

I saw a post by Oxp that said to increase or decrease the video duration by 1. When I try to author I get the same error but for the next vobid 5.

What did I do wrong? BTW this is not a multiangle dvd.
