SVCD with IC7?

Hi,
I don't know if this is the right forum to post this question but... has anybody tried to encode to SVCD using IC7? I tried several times but failed miserably. I can make it encode and create the final .pdi file, but how do you extract files/convert to ISO this one? I've tried PDIEXTRACT and PDI2ISO and both either refuse to unpack the files or create an iso image that can not be mounted with Daemon Tools... Am I missing something fundamental?

try pdiextract with -d option, should extract files to directory, but don't know if it works for SVCD, never tried it myself. The -l option should you give a listing if the content of the PDI
anyhow you can give it a try

pdixtract -d <dir> <pdi-filename>

depends on the point of view, yeah you missed something, but actually its pretty unlikely youd know :)
(S)VCD Images created with InstantCopy, unlike DVD Images, dont contain an ISO-Image, so there is no way to convert them, nor to extract Files the regular way, Version 1.3.1 of InstantCopy Hidden Settings Editor is able to extract one continues mpg stream from those images, wich can be processed like any other mpg stream, but thats the best you can do with (S)VCD pdi sets
