Does anyone have issues doing a direct dvdr2dvdr copy of non-copyprotected data dvdr's and movies? I have dvr-a03, and have tried it multiple times with a few programs (primo, alcohol, and nero) and with each of them, the disc will continue burning beyond the lentgh of the original disc, and eventually keel over and pop up random nonsense error codes (at least nomsense to me). The burnt disc ends up working okay, its just odd and rather shady, and to be honest a bit confusing. I'm currently using the 2.00 firmware, but this has always happened to me, through 4 firmware upgrades. I know that I could just rip the image before I burn it, but it just takes that much longer. So if anyone has any suggestions on a fix for this? Maybe a different program? Feel free to speak up, thanks!
