I have a DivX AVI with AC3 muxed in. The file plays fine with Media Player Classic by Gabest. When I play it in DivX Player 2.1 this is the error I get:
"The video file you are opening includes audio data not recognized by the DivX player. The file contains the following type of data:
Audio Data: Tag 8192"
Also when I play the file in Windows Media Player 9, it only plays the video and no sound. The AC3 file I am muxing plays fine alone in PowerDVD XP. This happens both on my home PC with Windows XP and my work PC with Windows 2000.
I have tried muxing the file with both VirtualDubMod and Avi-Mux GUI 1.10, but I am still having the issue. Any ideas?
