Bach, this may put you on the spot, but I see you as our resident expert on the inner workings of CCE. I wonder if you might take the time to explain the difference, or similarities, of the CCE one pass VBR and the one pass TMPG CQ mode as you understand it. At first glance they would almost seem to be similar.
