I have alot of movies that have the dts, thx, and dolby digital intro but I don't know how or what it looks like when ripped onto the pc. What I want to do is make a backup copy of my org. movie with the sounds intro. How or what should I do? Most of the movies are 2 layed and must be burn with movie only option. Thank you.

A quote from the DVD Backup Guides page:
A full DVD backup is a backup that contains all the features of the original disc. It can be very easy if the disc is 4.7 billion bytes (4.37GB) or less (single layer DVD or DVD-5), or very complicated if the disc is larger (dual layer DVD or DVD-9) and makes use of advanced features like seamless branching or multiangles. Another option for DVD-9s is to split it over two discs.
Go there and do some research, you'll find plenty to work with, all the way from full backups with menus, to things less challenging.

Take a look at this guide by Derrow on joining vob's.
