Does anyone know how to "take" the Video_TS folder OUT of a DLT made with Scenarist?I have tried it but it shows me that the DLT's format is unrecognized and i cant see how i could read the contents of it. Does anyone know how to do that?
Thanx in advance!

What i do with DVDmaestro is this...I assume its the same procedure wtih Scenarist...
In Maestro there's a button that says "read DLT tape to hard disk"...
So it copies the files in the hard disk
there should be a control.dat, some other files AND a *.img file
Now, load the .img with the latest version of IsoBuster and extract the VIDEO_TS...

Unfortunately SurfDriffer Scenarist doesn't have a Button like in Maestro. The only thing SCN has is Import Script from DLT. The thing now is that if u try to import from a DLT which was exported 1 minute ago it shows the IMPORTING FAILED error. What i wanna know is if there is another way to read the contents of the DLT and ofcourse export them to my Hard drive. When i try to read them from a buckup utility for e.g. it says that the format is unrecognized.
Any suggestions???

Gear Pro Mastering Edition (v6 iirc) will read a DLT tape to an image.
