DVD Shrink 2.2 released

Just got this error at the end of the reauthoring encoding process, before the IFO is made:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue this operation.

Encoding failed for an unknown reason!

The reason is: Unknown.

The dvd is Spirited Away (USA). I noticed some people in the 2.0 thread also had problems with Disney DVDs. Funny thing is I was able to back it up on my first reauthoring attempt. That was with just the (main) English audio. This error keeps happening when I try to make a backup including the Japanese audio stream.

Any ideas about what could cause this

What's more amazing is he's doing this by himself and still have time to reply back. How many employees does Pinnacle have?

Too true, and yet it still took them 3 updates to get IC7 anywhere near working like it should! :p

Pinnacle is a company run by business men ... their only interest is $$$. They will only implement just enough features to make people buy their product. Same with customer support: When they got your money you can go to hell for all they care (drastically spoken).
