I've been trying to find out if the Philips DVDR 880 & 890 DVD+R/RW recorders will play back RAW mpeg1 and 2 files.
I am aware that the early examples did not but I have since heard that after a software upgrade they can!
Can somebody please confirm?
Also, does the second (input only) scart accept an RGB bypass signal when the player is in standby mode?
If it does this would be very useful when daisy chaining RBG devices together!
