problems with RA and CCE - Frame rate 11988/625 is not supported

I'm having problems after Re-authorist launches DoCCE40 1.0.1.4 beta. I'm also using:
CCE 2.50.1.0

AVIsynth.dll 2.0.8.0
Window 2000 (SP3)

I am encoding 'The Pianist' (NTSC) all files, but only keeping DTS audio and english subs. When CCE launches on the first 3 files I keep getting a CCE error that says:
"cctsp.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. An error log is being created"

The next 2 files are marked no pulldown and they seem to execute OK, and CCE works fine if executed through DVD2SVCD.

Which log file should I be looking at? Any ideas as to what's wrong?

UPDATE: I updated cce to 2.66.01.07 and the error message is more succinct.It states:

Frame rate 11988/625 is not supported. Supported frame rates are... (lists numbers ranging from 23.96 to 60)

usally framerate issues like that are due to messed up avisynth dll's (mpeg2dec and decomb)

see if you can open the .avs files w/ mediaplayer... my bet is you won't be able to

You have force filmed the video first and used a IVTC in the avisynth script. 11988/625 = 19,1808 = 23,976*(4/5)
Just remove decomb from the .avs and everything will be fine.
