How to upgrade to Avisynth 2.52

If I want to upgrade avisynth from 2.08 to 2.52 with DVD2SVCD how do I go about it? What avisynth dll's and filters do I need to update?

Probably the easiest way is to reinstall d2s selecting the 2.5x avisynth version. Then just install the latest version of avisynth. The new installation will then point to the 2.5x specific plugins you need.

To do it manually should only require you changing the four paths in the frameserver tab to the versions in the dvd2svcd 2.5 plugin directory (I think so at least). BTW, make sure you use mpeg2dec3 (get latest version from avisynth devel thread). ALL other filters you use will have to be upgraded to 2.5x compatible versions. See WarpEnterprises website for those.
