maybe a week ago or so someone asked if there was a program that could figure out what codec and bitrate any given .avi used. A link to such a program was posted and I even downloaded it, but for some strange reason I deleted it and can't find it again.
So I'd like to ask that question again.
Thank you.

Didn't the forum search help?
You could try GSpot (http://www.headbands.com/gspot/)

Well when I don't know what i'm looking for, or who posted it, yea forum search is a little useless ;) All I knew was the program existed, nothing else :(
Thank you though!
