[nanogate]

I tried to re-encode a AVI file with 119,8 fps but it was always getting worse :angry: Quality.
But when i encode an AVI with 23,xxx or 29,xxx fps i get a good quality.
I used VirtualDub ,VirtualDubMod &/or AVISynth in DivX 5.
Can someone help me?

It's simple. Don't encode at 119.8 fps. That is stupid.
