Main Movie Only but split to 2 discs.

Anyone have the location of a guide that tells me how to burn a main movie only but split to two DVDs? I have guides to either main movie or 2 discs but not both. I have no problems doing one or the other but can't seem to figure out how to do both. Anyone know what I might be missing?

Use DVDShrink.

Follow the main movie only guide here (http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/) til it talks about crapping the beginning and ending credits. Instead of chopping off the the beginning and ending credits, crap halfway thru the movie so that you only have the first half of the movie and burn that to disc 1. Follow the same procedure except this time, keep the 2nd half of the movie and burn that to disc 2.

Since you're spanning the movie into 2 discs, you should select "no compression" to maximize PQ. There are other ways of achieving this, but I think this is the easiest and fastest. Only drawback to using DVDShrink is that you will not get a "Insert Disc 2" prompt at the end of disc 1.
