Hey guys I followed the guide to encoding DVDs using DIF4U, DoCCE4U, Reauthorist.....When it came to authoring the DVD with Scenarist I got this message

"The track from VTS_05_PGC_01 has a place holder." (error)

Obviously I did somethign wrong....just wondering if anyone can anyone tell me what that means so i can identify my mistake?

That means RA expected to see a video clip and it did not find a file matching that name when it imported the script. There was a file naming issue with DoCCE4U prior to version 1.0.1.4 that would cause that problem. Usually making sure all your software is up to date will alleviate it.

To fix it you would just need to import the file into scenarist by hand. You can check out the guides here on Doom9.org or Trilight's (http://dvdguides.trilight.net) site for information on this if you are not familiar with scenarist.

Hope that helped you out

Shane
