I have a Xvid movie that has been split in half and would like to re-join the 2 halfs. Is there an easy way to do this?

Yeah. Open the first half in VD, then choose append, and open the second half. the direct stream copy the video and sound into a new file.

SOME SPLIT FILES REPEAT A SHORT SECTION OF THE FIRST HALF. CHECK THIS OUT WITH VDUB AND IF NECESSARY CUT OFF THE REPEATED SECTION FROM THE FIRST HALF.

@gnutellafan: AviUtl 0.98d is also a very good joiner - 'Avi Operation --> Concatenate' never failed me.
