Im converting my fathers old SVHS camcorder tapes into DVDs.
I use a pinnacle DC10 Plus card using the MJPEG codec. I capture at 6000 kbyte/s (maximum for the card). After capture I edit it in Premiere and import to TMPGEnc with the videoserver codec.
Q1:
I use TMPGEnc to make the mpg2. Is there any idea to use VBR 8000kbytes/s since i capture MJPEG 6000 kbytes/s?
Q2:
What makes best quilty, deinterlace in Adobe premiere or deinterlace in TMPGEnc?
Thanks in Advance.
