Tv-out as SECAM-L?

Well, is there a way to tell a Geforce4 to tv-output signal in SECAM ? I'v tried hooking the tv-out (France so PAL B/G/H/I... as Nview says) to the vcr and all I can record is black&white. I tried that with composite & s-video (monster)cables and nothing gives me colors. To check there wasn't a bug in my setup, I connected the tv-out to video-in of my PCTV : If video-in is set as SECAM-L, I get B&W, if set as PAL B/D/G/H... I have colors => tv-out is PAL B/D/G and my vcr does not understand it.
