Dr. Divx is a piece of junk

It crashes on 2nd pass every time .So many people are having the same problem and yet there are no solutions.I post two meassges on there forum never got any feedback from 'the kid'.I cant believe they are charging money for this piece of junk.They should heave waited till the software was much more stable.I installed this software on a brand new win xp machine.It cant even perform the basic function that i paid for.

People, go with 'Vidomi'. Its great simple softeware for converting to divx and its free.Dr.divx people should hire the developer of vidomi.

I thought Doom9 made a thread on manners on this forum...
One of them is about not insulting software developpers by calling their work crap, or "junk" in your case.
Dr DivX works for a lot of people (including all DivX.com moderators, and be sure we have tested it deeply). It remains some bugs (mostly minor bugs, and "basic" encoding is not concerned by them), as often for 1.0 versions, even after beta testing.
An all-in-one encoding tool is not that simple to build.
I am confident DXN will fix those bugs soon.
As for your specific problem, you may need to explain what is it exactly (source, use of avs, filters, etc.)
As it is a new software, there are less DrDivX experts than GK's, so thekid might be overwhelmed by the number of questions he has to solve each day.
