Since I had alot of problems lately, I'm about to buy another bunch of DVD-R's. To make sure I'll get some good once I'd love to get some recommendations from you in the first place.
Thank you very much.

Here is what I used before.
And it's polite to say this is crap!
----> DVD-R 4,7 GB (G) DataTrack <----
If there is someone who likes them, I can sell them. ;)
They are just burnable to about 4,0 Gb.
So which is better and are these I do have really that bad?

Well here is some other note.
I do have a Toshiba SD-R6012 which can just burn single speed I think. So there is no need for expensive 4x speed media.
Now it's your turn ;)

Get Ritek G03, from reading this forum Ritek has the best bang for the buck. You can always buy Verbatim, Apple, Pioneer if you have the money to burn.

First disks I bought (without knowing) were Bulkpaq which were very, very bad.
Bought some Datasafe -RW (think these are actually Princo disks) and these all worked ok but scanning them with Kprobe there is quite a high error rate.
Next bought some Ritek G03 and these worked great with low error rates reported in Kprobe.
Just bought 25 box of Verbatim and they look worse than the data safe when scaned with Kprobe. Verbatim use both CMC and MCC to manufature there disks and I was told that the CMC ones I have are inferior to the MCC.
So my vote is for Ritek at the moment.
