bsplayer registering subtitle files...

i have a little problem with bsplayer, whenever i run it, it "registers" subtitles files (i mean when i dbl click on srt files afterwards it tries to open it with bsplayer). if i start subtitle workshop, it re-registers the file types at start and i can open them directly from explorer until i re-run bsplayer again...

anybody has an idea how to prevent that ?

im using bsplayer v0.86 build 493 (tried the latest build also), subtitle workshop v2.01 and the ffdshow codec (also tried different version but it didnt change a thing)
