Hello ^^
Just bought InstantCopy (After reading here about it)
and my first attempt was to backup GTO (Anime DVD)
I used DVDDecrypter in File mode and ripped only the basic files I needed
VTS_04_0.IFO
VTS_04_1.VOB-VTS_04_6.VOB
I then changed the 04 to 01
I then ripped DVD 2 the same way
but renamed the 04 to 02
and dumped them both into the same folder
I then used this method to combine them both properly

Run DVDToolBox.
Quell = Path to the TitleSet folder.
Click Create Video Manager ( VIDEO_TS.IFO ).
Close DVDToolBox.
Run IfoEdit0.95
Open VTS_01_0.IFO > VTS_PGCITI > VTS_PGC_1 and scroll down to There is no PGC Comand Table
Right click and choose Add Postcommand.
Right click on 1.Post Command > Edit Command
Command: (CallSS_VMGM) Call VideoManager PGC
PGC Nr: 2 (go VTS_02_1.VOB)
Resume Cell: 1
Save VTS_01_0.IFO
Open VTS_02_0.IFO > VTS_PGCITI > VTS_PGC_1 and scroll down to There is no PGC Comand Table
Right click and choose Add Postcommand
Right click on 1.Post Command > Edit Command
Command: (CallSS_VMGM) Call VideoManager PGC
PGC Nr: 3 (go VTS_03_1.VOB)
Resume Cell: 1
Save VTS_02_0.IFO
---------------------------------
So now I have
VIDEO_TS.BUP, IFO
VTS_01_0.BUP, IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB-to
VTS_01_6.VOB
VTS_02_0.BUP, IFO
VTS_02_1.VOB-to
VTS_02_6.VOB
So basically I have everything except Menus in the end of that
2 Audio Tracks (English, Japanese) 2 Subtitle Tracks (English, and English Song Titles only)
Everything plays fine in PowerDVD, and DVD2One can shrink it down no problems , but I want to use IC7 since it is ment to produce better quality...and I just bought it for that reason :)
So, I open IC7,
Device Selection: Hard Disk, I select the VIDEO_TS.IFO
Destination Hard Disk, I select an image file
(I have tried using imgtool and making a DVDimage then mounting in Daemon tools, but get the same result as below)
Instantly after hitting Start it comes up with
"Access Violation at address 00427A93 in module 'Multicopy.exe'. Read of address 00000000"
I have tried to follow other threads about trouble with simpsons, but couldn't find a solution (Or maybe overlooked something). This problem seems like it might be complicated, I tried to put as much info as I could about what I did.
Hopefully someone can help me out :)
And if not, thanks for reading my rather long post anyway :)
