hi,
i have tested with the latest libvorbis (v1.0 on rarewares) and without the libvorbis file (using the ogg.dll and oggenc.dll from the oggds filter pack v 0.9.9.5). and if u use ogg & -6ch switch using a bitrate upper than 191 kbps your finale file was a 6ch file but @ 128 kbps.
here the logfile that work fine @ 190 kbps :

i have the same error if i use a bitrate upper (224,256...) and it's the same think if i use the libvorbis.dll file (the latest filesize is around 116 ko) i have tested with an old libvorbis (surely packaged with the besweet v1.4 version, filesize around 107 ko) and i have the same problem but with an another version of libvorbis (i make a collection of dll file :) ) , this work fine, the dll is a bit old (8 mounth, and the size is around 94 ko) and with this dll the bitrate upper 191 kbps it's not a problem.
exemple : a correct logfile using the old libvorbis.dll

i hope this will help u to solve this problem.
But unhappyly with the old libvorbis the output size of the file was bigger because it use a bigger average bitrate (exemple with livborbis v1.0 a 128kbps 6ch=> 196kbps with the old dll , use 224 kbps) :( :( .
PS: i have tested to with the -6chogg switch in the core part and i have the same error if i don't use the old libvorbis.
PS Bis : 2 little suggestions to improve besweet environment : avoid the switch key sensitive (exemple -lame =/= -Lame and use the defauld settings for the .mp3 encoding, or show an error msg).
perhaps try to put a total time remain and a % of encode , and perhaps show the status event if u use a logfile, this will be great to know if the settings and desired output file was right configured even if u want to store the .log file of the encoding.
PS Bis Bis: sorry for my crap english.
