I have an SVCD stream for which the last partial-GOP needs to be removed.
I'd used TMPGEnc's MPEG Tools to remove some trailing blank and now the file is reporting it isn't SVCD_compliant because of that junk.
Would like to remove it without having to do any re-encoding.
Is there a way to do this for free on a Windows platform?
