A friend of mine asked me to backup one of his Dolby Digital-trailers into SVCD containing a 5.1 audiotrack.
I'm just wondering what program should I use for multiplexing. I used HyperCube Transcoder for encoding the audio. In HyperCube's website (http://hypercubemx.free.fr/html/how_to_make_5_1__svcd.html) there's a guide called "How to make 5.1 SVCD". HyperCube is using TMPGEnc for multiplexing. Can I use bbMPG for multiplexing without losing the 5.1 audiotrack? I tried to use I-Author for multiplexing but it didn't work properly.
Then the authoring. When I've a .MPG with 5.1 audio, can I use for example VCDEasy for making chapters, menus, etc. Or is there need to use some special program for authoring to keep the 5.1 audio?
Regards,
Siku
