Can't switch to 640x480 resolution

Hmm, I have a 17'' monitor and a GeForce 4 MX but I can't change my resolution to 640x480 in Windows. The lowest I can go is 800x600. I like to use 640x480 cos movies tend to look better...

Anyway, I can use BSPlayer to change the resolution but I've switched to ZoomPlayer and was wondering if there's any other way to change my resolution to 640x480?

If you klick on advanced and then the tab "Adapter" you can click on the button that says "List all modes"
There yo can select modes lower than 800x600
