DVD Maestro load error . . . . Please help.

When I try to load DVD Maestro, I get the following error:

"DVDMaestro.exe in an invalid Win32 application"

I have scanned my computer for viruses and found none.
Does anybody have any ideal what causes this error?
And how to fix it?

Any ideals, suggestions, etc. are greatly appreciated.
