I'm having no problems burning DVD+/-RW with my new DVD writer, but when it comes to CD-R/RW it just don't want to continue. When burning a CD-R I don't get any problems until I put it in my computer/DVD player. Then it just won't work! Also, when i want to erase my CD-RWs the computer hangs and i have to reboot. Have tested to erase the RWs at my friend and there they work without a problem.
At NECs homepage they say that I don't need drivers for the writer to work but I'm not sure about that...
