Postprocessing by reencoding

How can we make it? It is very imortant to decrease DivX encoding blockness of source.
With Graphedit maybe?
Is there some AVISynth filter for that?

Anyway, it can be done simple by using AviSynth command
DirectShowSource("G:\FileName.avi"). Then we will have filters like by playback, for example ffdshow filters (if it's set to show setting in tray, it's easy to change them).

Only seeking goes extremely slow in V Dub, but it's not so important for reencode.
