I had a totally SVCD compliant file and used the MPEG Tools to trim some junk of the tail end. There was a fade to black then a blip of something I should have removed then more black. So, I tried to get rid fo the blip and trailing black.
That worked but now the file is reported as not being compliant and both Nero and VCDEasy complain. I've checked and the last two B-frames aren't there. There is, however, enough trailing black to cut that last partial-GOP off.
How can this be done?
