Why would TMPG say say something like "illegal size, ... must be multiples of 8"? I used AutofitCD to set the parameters, and they are as following:

0=BicubicResize(448,336,0,0.6,85,55,546,364)
1=AddBorders(16,72,16,72)
2=ConvertoRGB24()

come on, somebody must know what went wrong.

Sometimes autofitcd is giving me problems too, but I think
it is all because avi wasn't ripped propely.
I just use bicubic resize and everything is OK

Well, I can't see what is wrong. The clip resulting from this AVS is 480x480 which is a multiple of 8 both horizontally and vertically.
