Copying music videos to a SVCD/DVD

I have just recorded some video clips i downloaded to a SVCD disc with Nero but when i play them in my DVD player (i guess it's the newest from Sony) it stops the playback after each clip and i have to push the NEXT TRACK button... How can i change this?

Other question, how can i transform those SVCD to DVD so i can burn them with my DVD writer?

For your first question, I recommend you to use VCDEasy for authoring.
