Source Aspect Ratio with Premiere

If I'm frameserving from Adobe Premeire to TMPGEnc what should I set the source aspect ratio to. In Premiere it's set to work with D1/DV NTSC. When I open the file in TMPGEnc the default for the source aspect ratio is set at 704x480, is that correct or should I reset it to 4:3 display?

Mostly you have to set everything in the software which is frameserving, but I don't know how "Adobe Premiere" works. Maybe you ask the support of Adobe or take a look in the manuals.

but which is the "correct" Source Aspect Ratio for DV? 704x480 or 720x480?

For DV-Video, 720x480 is the correct setting. But you have to set the same Resolution as Project Size in Premiere.
