use video-in to watch tv

Hi,
I have a ati radeon 9200 vivo and want to use the video-in to watch fullscreen pictures from a source e.g. vcr, security camera. (use my pc like a tv with rca input). The software that came with the card ca't do this.
Can someone help me?

I'm sure the software should work, mmc should have a option to choose source which should be the composite or video in. Fro mmy understanding its just passing the image thru, so you should get atleast a view on the monitor even if the software doesnt allow capture. If you have a video in wdm device listed within your device manager you could probably get away with using virtual vcr or virtual dub.
