Hello. IM using an avi file and used it in an avs script. CCE is complaing that Frame rate 11988/100 is not supported...

This avi is basically running at 112 fps and I cant use:

ASSUMEFPS(30)

Or that program on DOom9's called avifrate.

WHen I do assumefps that freacking video gets very very slow and pixalated and the audio goes un effected. Basically CCE thinks I know have a 1 hR 30 min movie from a 30 Min anime episode. I cant use TMPEG either because I get the same results.

I guess I have to use Vdub? Will that work? If so do any you guys know how? I will post this in the VDub and CEE forums. Please dont delete mods. Thanks.

Please do not cross-post. What you got probably was a file that uses dropped frames to simulate variable framerate in avi (take the smallest common multiplier (or what ever the english word for that is)) of both framerates involved and fill up the rest with artificial dropped frames. Unfortunately I have no idea how you can clean up this mess. Perhaps you could make use of the AviSynth command 'SelectEvery'.

Cheers & no more cross-posting
