It is the Top Field first that I suppose give somewhat shaky result.
It's the same no mather wich settings I use in CC4U. I always get Yes on Top Field after encoding the movie.
My CC4U version is: 1.0.1.2, and DIF4U : v.1.1.1, and CCE is 2.50

And you have the NTSC autodetect button selected when demuxing in DoItFast4U?

You may want to uncheck the Top Field First option in DC4U. If its interlaced this could be the problem. The wrong field order on an interlaced source will look choppy when viewed on a TV.

the way i do ntsc interlaced is: the .avs script is same as doing a progressive, in the CCE settings i have both upper field first and progressive frames "UNCHECKED" and it looks fine to me

i use my hollywood+ card to test before i burn to dvd-r
