Please move this if it's in the wrong place, I wasn't sure where to put this, I could do some tests but just wanted to see if I could get a quick answer fist. I've been using DVD2SVCD w/CCE /AVIsynth 2.51 no problems and now tried to use Procoder 1.5 (trying the new engine) as I've done in the past but I used to use AVIsynth 2.08 which works fine but when trying with Procoder 1.5 with AVIsynth 2.51, procoder tell me that the avi is corrupt or unsupported. Anyone know if Procoder is not AVIsynth 2.51 compatible or one of those frameservers I'm using?
Thanks

Use makeAVIS from the ffvfw lite package that gets installed with the latest AVS 2.51 to create a pseudo AVI from the AVS. Works fine with Procoder.

For some reason link2 is working today ? but if I wanted to use this makeavi v0.11 how would I do it? when I run it and select Add files, the only files I can add are image files. How do I load a avs to convert to avi and can I use this with dvd2svcd automagically?

If link2 is working then use it as it is quite fast and is automatically supported by DVD2svcd as long as it has been chosen in the path setting on the Procorder tab.
MakeAvi is not supported at the present time, at least not to the best of my knowledge.

BTW, My understanding was that ProCOrder 1.5? would load AVS files directly and did not require any intermediate like Link2, VFAPI or ffvfw. Perhaps I picked up incorrect information, but if that is so you may want to ask dvd2svcd for a modification if it is not already done. I use an older version of ProCorder so I could not check.

Plus I should add that I'm using procoder 1.01.35 with the engine from 1.5 which gives me faster speeds and better quality. so I should see if I can load a avs with it. probably won't work because the app still thinks it's 1.01.35. I'll let you know. I just don't understand why Link2 wasn't working the other day and today it is. oh well, mystery :)
