That feature is planned for future versions as stated on the author's website:
DVD2One Official Homepage (http://www.dvd2one.com)
so you'll have to use something else in the mean-time. DVDXCopy and IFOEdit can both split DVD9s to 2 DVDRs.

Works evey time for me, flawlessly!

Why not just crop the first part. You have the start point and then around the middle of the movie, place your end point. On the second dvd-r, start where you put you last end point on the first dvd-r and end where the movie ends. Wouldn't this work? Kinda like dvdxcopy w/o the menus, and you wouldn't need to re-encode.
Update: I'm sorry, I was thinking of dvd shrink. This will work with dvd shrink

You can easily do a movie-only split with VSO's DVD-Toolbox. And the price (free) is right!
